Our history
By joining forces with Navient, a leading provider of business processing solutions, Xtend brings efficiencies to the healthcare space that have been honed and optimized in the financial services sector.
Xtend is 100% focused on healthcare. Our expertise includes customer service solutions for both private sector healthcare providers and public health authorities. During the COVID-19 pandemic we applied our public health expertise to help several states address their contact tracing and vaccine coordination needs.
Today, we have more than 3,200 revenue cycle and public health professionals located in three service centers (Nashville, TN; Muncie, IN; and Irving, TX), co-located with customers nationwide, and with our partner organizations offshore.

Mike Morris
President & CEO
Mike joined Xtend Healthcare in 2016 and is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of the company. With more than 30 years of RCM experience, Mike has earned an outstanding reputation for being a values-driven healthcare leader. Mike has led the transformation of Xtend into an industry-leading technology enabled services company that serves health systems across America.
Mike is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and frequent speaker at industry conferences. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of North Texas.
Mike's enthusiasm is evident as he says, "Xtend helps healthcare providers get paid fully, quickly, and accurately for the services they provide, so they can continue providing much-needed care in their communities. We support their patients, too, by helping them understand and meet their financial obligations. Brandy Brinkley-Wilder
Vice President, Insurance Operations
Brandy is responsible for overseeing the service center operations at Xtend for many hospitals and healthcare systems. With more than 20 years of healthcare receivable experience, she has expertise in various aspects in the industry. In her tenure, she has managed receivables for acute facilities, critical access, physician services, billing services, and self-pay operations.
Brandy has a reputation in the industry for excelling in inventory management and cash acceleration for hospital system conversions in states across the country. Her extensive background helps her maintain solid business and employee relationships with some of the longest customer engagements at Xtend. Brandy also has two years of experience managing public health solutions for contact tracing, lab results, and COVID-19 vaccination. Her dedication to Xtend, her customers, and her team help her exceed goals for the company and those we serve.

Daniel Brooks
Chief Commercial Officer
Daniel serves as a key leader, overseeing Xtend's enterprise solutions that help customers and other revenue cycle stakeholders communicate, collaborate, and service patients and constituents more cost effectively.
Daniel oversees the efforts of a collaborative team of sales, marketing, development, and implementation experts. He also works hand in hand with customers to develop RCM solutions specifically tailored to their needs, helping optimize the reimbursement they receive for the services they provide.
Daniel has more than 20 years of healthcare financial and RCM experience and knowledge. He holds an MBA and two distinguished industry recognitions: Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Raphael Colmanette
Vice President, Insurance Operations
Raphael is responsible for insurance operations and has extensive experience in both leadership and revenue cycle management. He started with Xtend in 2016, graduated from Xtend’s Manager in Training program, and has proven himself to be a successful leader.
Raphael holds a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from HFMA and has an established track record of successfully implementing process improvement solutions, optimizing cash collections, and reducing A/R days for healthcare organizations. With Xtend, he has led multiple successful revenue cycle outsourcing engagements.
Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree from Belmont University and a Masters of Management degree from Lipscomb University.

Linda Corley
Chief Compliance Officer
Linda is Xtend's senior leader in the areas of compliance and reimbursement consulting services. She has nearly 30 years of experience, working directly for or with hospitals in the areas of patient financial services, health information management, and accounting.
An experienced hospital accounting manager and accomplished college professor, Linda worked for more than ten years in a leadership role with financial accounting systems in hospitals and physician practices. Linda's experience also includes training accounting professionals, patient financial services staff, and coders for the medical environment.
Prior to joining Xtend, Linda worked for Perot Systems and Dell Revenue Cycle Services, leading consulting engagements throughout the U.S. She also has served as Chief Accountant/Controller for a university-owned, four-hospital group.
Linda holds an MBA and is credentialed as an AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She also is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) by HFMA and a published author on patient financial services (PFS) and revenue cycle topics.

Colleen Goethals
Vice President, Mid Revenue Cycle
Colleen has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, vast knowledge of HIM operations and revenue cycle management, and is a subject matter expert on privacy.
Her experience includes HIM/Revenue Cycle Regional Director; HIM Consultant; Privacy Officer; adjunct college instructor; speaker; and author on revenue cycle topics.
Colleen is a past AHIMA Board member, past-President of the Illinois Health Information Management Association (ILHIMA), ILHIMA Distinguished Member, an AHIMA fellow, and is NARA Certified in Federal Records Management. She also is the recipient of AHIMA’s Triumph Award for Advocacy and Policy.

Billy Padilla
Chief Information Officer
Billy has more than 20 years of experience in systems engineering, operations, and information management. As a conceptual designer of Xtend's proprietary Inventory Management System (Prism) – as well as the creator of the Automated Claim Status (ACS) module and early adopter of robotic process automation (RPA) technology – Billy has helped Xtend use these advanced systems to exceed best of practice parameters in managing operations.
Billy manages Xtend's application development and network operations teams that provide application delivery and technical support to more than 3,000 users at peak staffing across multiple locations, including users working from home.
In addition, Billy acts as Xtend's HIPAA Security Officer, PCI compliance official, and principal HITRUST contributor.
Billy states, "Technology is critical to all aspects of healthcare today, from patient outcomes to revenue cycle management. Ron Pope
Vice President, Centralized Revenue Cycle Operations
Ron is the newest member of Xtend's leadership team and was tapped to support the company's expansion efforts into the end-to-end revenue cycle management space. In his role, Ron forges partnerships with leading health systems around the country as they seek to transform and modernize their revenue cycle operations.
Over the course of his 20-year career, Ron has been an insightful change agent who has led revenue cycle operations for both provider-based health systems and vendor-led RCM organizations. He thrives on building sustainable RCM solutions to address the challenges inherent in both small and large, highly matrixed healthcare organizations. Ron holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University and frequently participates in industry-leading revenue cycle advisory boards.

Shannon Sexton
Vice President, Self-Pay & Insurance Operations
Shannon has demonstrated success in healthcare as a revenue cycle leader for more than 15 years. She has proven vendor management expertise, and at Xtend she oversees monthly self-pay A/R operations totaling $530M and insurance A/R operations totaling $130M.
Shannon’s experience also includes payor trend identification and business office and patient access management. She maintains a hands-on approach with 400+ full-time employees who handle monthly inbound call volumes of 170,000+ and outbound volumes of 380,000+.
Shannon is an HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and is proud of her success in developing long-term professional relationships in the healthcare industry.
