Executive Vice President
Doug Polasky fills a variety of important roles for Xtend. He is responsible for the pursuit of national accounts for our company and for account management. He recruits and manages Xtend’s consulting team. He also oversees sales for the Midwest region.
Before assuming his current responsibilities in 2014, Doug, who joined the company in 2010, oversaw regional sales and the consulting team.
Most recently prior to Xtend, he was part of Dell – Perot Systems Healthcare, where he rose from a regional sales manager to vice president for national accounts.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
Xtend management and staff displayed excellent technical competence and tenacity in pursuing the many billing/claim editing issues and account resolution/collection situations which needed to be addressed.
Many of the operational improvements that Xtend implemented will produce positive results in the upcoming months and years.
